These terms cover the Afterform app and website. By using Afterform you agree to them. You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, ask a parent or guardian to read these with you.
Not medical advice
Afterform is a training log and a visual tool. It is not a medical device and gives no medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Talk to a doctor before starting or changing an exercise or diet programme, especially if you have a health condition. Stop if something hurts or feels wrong.
Estimates only
Body fat, lean mass, body measurements from a scan, the 3D body, progression suggestions, one-rep-max figures, recovery reads and anything else calculated for you are estimates built from formulas and the numbers you give the app. They can be wrong. Do not rely on them for medical, safety or competitive decisions. Lift within your own limits and use a spotter where needed. You are responsible for how you train.
Your data
Your data is yours and lives on your device (see the Privacy Policy). Because we do not hold a copy, we cannot recover it if it is lost. Export a backup now and then.
Using Afterform
- Use it for yourself, lawfully, and do not misuse the website or its servers (no attacks, scraping at scale, or flooding the sign-up form).
- Do not copy, decompile, reverse engineer or extract source code, models or data from Afterform, or sell or republish it, except where the law says you may regardless of this term.
- Third-party components are used under their own licences, credited in Settings, About.
- Afterform and its name, logo and original content belong to Abdul Wasay Lodhi. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app.
As is, no warranty
Afterform is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. It may change, have bugs, or stop working.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any injury, loss of data, or indirect or consequential loss arising from using Afterform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms or the app. Continuing to use Afterform after a change means you accept it. You can stop at any time by uninstalling. We may stop offering Afterform or block abuse of the service.
